This is Edomae-style (mostly Miura Peninsula) caught horse mackerel. It is delivered live, so the meat is firm and has just the right amount of fat, making it delicious. It can be eaten as sashimi, grilled with salt, or fried. We can also accommodate requests for fillets, so please let us know.
